She collaborates with colleagues and clients to maximize effectiveness and increase creativity. Debra earned her Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) designation from the Coaches Training Institute and Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. She also completed training with Laura Berman Fortgang and is an Authorized Facilitator of the Now What: 90 Days to a New Life Direction program. Debra has been a speaker at national, regional, and local training conferences including: Delaware Womens Entrepreneurial Expo, Delaware Womens Conference, and the National Association of Women in Business Regional Conference. Her topics include Maximize Your Performance through Collaboration, Juggling Life and Work, Take Charge of Your Professional Development, Creativity and Brainstorming, Effective Communications, and Team Building. She is a professional member of the National Speakers Association and is President of the Phoenix International Coach Federation Chapter Debra plays bass with Music Nova Orchestra, enjoys playing piano for fun, traveling, reading, and long walks on the mountain.
