Ruben Hernandez’s career and advocacy for the arts spans more than 25 years.  As a journalist, he has written about arts and the Latino community for Phoenix New Times, the Tucson Citizen in Tucson, the Naples Daily News in Naples, Florida; the Phoenix Business Journal, and Latino Perspectives Magazine in Phoenix. 

He also has written freelance articles for SPIN, Hispanic, VISTA, Politico and Latina magazines, among others.
